Scheduling
Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll confirm service details and schedule a date that works for you. For services like aeration, we typically schedule by date rather than exact time, as conditions and job lengths can vary throughout the day. For larger projects, a more specific arrival window will be provided.
You’ll receive a confirmation with your service date, details, and expectations so there are no surprises.
Deposits
Projects over $750 or any service requiring material delivery require a 50% deposit to secure your scheduled date. This helps cover materials and ensures dedicated time is reserved for your project.
The remaining balance is due upon completion.
Smaller services such as aeration and basic maintenance do not require a deposit.
Payment
Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Invoices are sent electronically and can be paid securely by:
Credit or debit card
Bank transfer (ACH)
Check
Approved digital payment methods
For services completed while you’re away, an electronic invoice will be sent immediately following completion and is due within 24 hours.
